So in other words, think about what your manager should be wearing and dress to that specification. Always wear a business suit (women) and or suit and tie (men). If the interviewer states the place of work is business casual, this means you can skip the tie and or sport jacket.

You will also need to know how to answer the odd questions that will surely cause you to pause and think.
