We also support our communities by enlisting the help of cooperative students to work on internal processes, such as improving our response times and engineering streamlined processes.
Most clients are relieved that we do not have a resume writing designation (we would rather not send a cheque in the mail to Florida or wherever these companies are located, and get a piece of paper that says “we are qualified”). I just want to ask something. I also want to work in canada. As of now I’m working as Payable Analyst in BPO Company here in Makati while taking my training of ROOM ATTENDANT. Is it possible to to apply directly to employer or its much better if I will apply in agency? also, I will have my 300 hrs OJT next month while working at night, is it enough experience to qualify to work in canada?

Utilizing a two-pronged approach to job application is the preferred choice. I would suggest applying to companies and to agencies.
Enough experience to work in Canada
If you are applying outside of Canada, this would pose a barrier to work in Canada at this level of position. Canadian employers would be hesitant to pursue someone applying from outside the country for the position you seek. As one climbs the corporate ladder, this changes, and one would have a better chance. In other words, a VP or C-Level (and higher) would have an easier transition.

how do you even start a resume for someone that has been at the same company for 33 years. I have been a business bank teller for years. but I don’t want to go back in the back and deal with the same internal BS
Hi Cathy, thank you for your comment and we have heard about people who have been working for many years and wish to move on. The main question is what to do next. In terms of resume writing, we would start with some general questions and from there we would start developing the framework of your resume. As we move through the creative process, we would inquire about certain details and over the course of the project timeframe, we would have a well-rounded and targeted resume.
