We recommend that for those who have valid and or applicable work experience related to the position of interest, it is always wise to prioritize your work experience over education. This guideline applies to co-op students, new graduates, or seasoned professionals.

If you do not have work experience, we are sure that you can pull some information from other sources and this would still carry greater weight than listing education over experience.
