How to work with an agency

1. Find out what kind of positions they specialize. You can do a quick search on Workopolis.com or Monster.ca to see the type of positions they are filling. Check and make sure they are representing good positions.
2. You can also go directly to their website and search through their posting lists.
3. I would recommend calling the agency to see what kind of assistance they can provide. I would pass on agencies if they are not interested in answering your inquires. It’s important for a good agency to talk and communicate with their prospective clients.
4. Agencies should have the inside scoop on their client. This is a tremendous benefit to you as this will help you with the interview.
